Why am I still charged shipping fees when my orders are over $120SGD?

For orders including fresh juices and nut milk, special handling is required by the logistics team. Thus, only orders above $120SGD excluding nut milk and juices come with free shipping.

I need my orders very urgently for my detox, am I able to get it delivered or collected now after purchasing?

Is retail website membership the same as revival membership?

The membership on the retail website and the revival membership are 2 separate memberships.

How can I make payment via paynow?

How long can I keep the product, especially bread that I've bought?
